It could well be. Hard to say without knowing the server set-up.

Will soon know, once virmin have resolved their issues, if the issues still persist at our end then server related. Not sure what IT skills the KV team have when dealing with server faults...Could take days, could take months...

i cant see it being their DNS that is giving the issues or there would be a flat all out channel loss and noticing the channels that go first tends to be the same ones for me at least them are the low signal channels when channel scanning my signal drops with certain TP's.
i personally think its down to the moving of channels,perperation of new channels and the mixture of server faults vermin have had these last few weeks but even now the channels that arnt as high a signal as others tend to glitch scyfy&horror was rarther glitchy last night for myself but i can acept that as i know the low signal tp channels will always give out interfearance.
and kv unless huge problems arise will perform updates as and when upgrades are completed im guessing
