Hi all can any1 tell me why my channels stick when I am watching them I have a kv 780a cheers

Its just the way it i, when you say stick do you mean freezze scrambled no signal?.................................

Hi it freezes then it comes back on it doesn't say no signal or scramble

did you try powering off for 30 secs then on box and router?

before anything goto virmin service status site enter your postecode and see if any regular services are showing as having faults tonite my box started showing quality levels at real low some at 59 and then came the on/off of lower tp channels but seems theres 7 tv faults and 1 wifi problem i know then i dont need to be checking or booting anything, if no reported faults on virmin services a 30sec reboot is great for cooling and just general unclogging of anything.
