As there are young people in the house I have attempted to remove the adult channels permanently but they appear again next day. It seems to me that the autoscan restores them. Is there a way of permanently removing them, plz?

you can lock them but if you prefer to remove them go into other settings and turn powerscan off so that it will not find them channels again then do as you did before and delete anything you dont want. you may at somepoint when new firmaware is out, need to turn it back on then repeat the process. -
All I done was went into user prefs, and the to parental lock...set that to bar all. turned off and unplugged box. switched back on and presto, they are gone!!!

Another problem: This Kryptview is brand new but sound muffled - fixing it by reduclin volume on KV box and using the tv vol only.Comment
