    Help please

    Hey i just got a kryptveiw a780 for my birthday I've just purchased the cables i needed to put the software on it I'm looking for some steps to go through it I've tried everything i can think of i.e youtube tech kings and got no where help would be appreciated

          i have tried that 3 times as i go to install the software it stops and says cannot download

              Possible the software is already on the box and up to date
              Menu - System Info - Date 16/08/14 is the latest, if not update may be able to be done via remote
              Menu - Installation - S/W Update.
              If above no use, check you have the correct cables eg Null Modem Cable RS232 as shown in above link.
