uddingston 40984 not showing in netid search

I have done a factory reset on my phoenix HD box,but when I do a cable scan the netid for uddingston(40984) has disappeared! I have checked my virgin sub box and it shows 40984.I have scanned using direct feed but sill no joy!
Can anyone help?

ok you factory reset and powered box off at rear for a minute, and are on direct feed no lan connected scanning tw?
if you only sub for broadband i wonder do you get a low signal?any variable attenuators on line weakening signal?

I have done a factory reset, switched box off at back and scanned from direct feed and still no joy! I have connected my kryptview 780 and it picks up uddingston(40984)! Do you you think I have a fault on the HD box?

ive got same problem so its not hd box is there any way you can manually scan in 40984 ?

its ok i just scanned in for Falkirk area and all back cheers

I've got the same issue with net I'd 40980... Its recognised on my kryptview a780 but not on my HD box... Could it be a server issue?

no something has changed there and kv know about the problem and is been looked at,the 850 cannot find the top[ bit with info ]

someone said try scanning Dundee as that worked for them.
