Hi al lbought a krypview on 1 oct turned it on and i am not getting any power. I have tunred it on at the back and checked the plug e-mailed the seller but not getting any response from them.
I dont no if ican put the sellers name on this site as there on site is not seem to be working Thank You

Nah I will put the seller name on this topic. I sell on ebay myself and messages are instant and he should at least reply to ask what's the problem! Am sure they r aware of your contacts. Sadly if a kc light ain't on then am afraid it's not good news! No need to shame them just make it official and few ppl here would know them and spread the word. Best of luck

he is one of the main dealers try again to be sure,however if box has no front display has the ribbon come out of place and needs to be pushed back into place,it does happen in transport with many boxes so is well known.

Hi yes you were right the ribbon was out pushed it back in and getting power topsat has sent me a e-mail today telling me they have been away and told me to do the same as you told me

recently workmanship on new boxes as been sh1t, ive seen chanell up and down buttons needing reseated as well.
