some people have to work ,reported elsewhere issues with vm but maybe kv doing maintenance also,how long have you had boxes many years?? and how many times have they gone down=many times,and then back working so whats the difference and panic for then .its the way of things go with these boxes.

i have no problem with people saying boxes are down for them as many things happen and can be confirmed by others if working or not.

as kv was off no harm checking if box updates?

I agree, had my box for roughly 4 years. I have to say the amount of times its been down is minimal. Yes you can have area issues, but the one time that all areas went off, it took a good while before all channels came back if you know what I mean.
I don't expect Kv to post personally, but as stated in previous posts, some people might know, some people don't, just good to have a little reassurance with a small update.
The good news is the boxes are back on!
