missing channels

Can anybody help please done a factory reset done scan got missing Chanel's.ie BBC 1 ITV not there as 101 and 103 but there on higher numbers.

think they are messing about with things just now i would scan again later and make sure you pick your area correctly and the cables are tight and secure mate

Am pretty sure you chose the wrong tower probably by mistake! I'll suggest you factory reset again n redo it. Good luck

ill 2nd that bbc and itv will be open among the higher end channels when you choose another town easy misstake if theres more than 1 in your area
