Gordon this post is a repost with 2 days space you just should have updated the original post m8, not all areas are down virmin are upgrading various places but follow the link ive added and you will know if your box is in need of update via kryptview or if you have local issues. would be easier to follow and advise if the below steps are completed prior to the posts stating you have checked and you wont be hit with the same response all the time m8ty
go to this link select the 1st option postcode see if your having known issues if theres an issue with tv thats your problem if all green then its a local problem within your home "most of the time"

Soory all i wanted to know if other areas were down...Dont know what i did was so wrong...Should done it in the first post but it was not a hanging offence..People get so high on there high horse..I never meant anyone any harm...And Anyway i cant get to see fault in my area they have changed it they want you to sign in and your name now...Dont think thats the best idea to do..
