installed firmware, conected to tv .. now what do i do?

hi guys just got a 750 and have installed the firm ware as instructed. Connected to my tv and done a auto scan and got 7 channels. Im now back at the start menu can some one point me to somewhere that shows any easy step by step way to tune in the channels? thanks a million, im in dublin on NThell


oh yeah and have never had a kryptview befor
