A780 not getting any channels

I live in Oldham which is Manchester 2 area
cant get any satellite channels
is there a problem
ive tried a new download after switching of at box and doing a factory reset
but still can't get anything
anybody any ideas

Try it on a cable feed mate not sat .....Paul

Sorry it's has the cable feed into the back of the box
by satellite channels I meant the non free view channels

Hello, I'm in Nottingham and its the same here, channels come and go but are mainly off. Data download wont send anything and s/w update says its updated. Is there new firmware or anything else worth trying? Cheers.
