I've reset and rescanned but my channel Id isn't listing!! I live in Newcadtke Upon Tyne and Gateshead used to be my id but like I said isn't there anymore! Wearside is the nearest, is that the one I would use?? Please help me!

There is a thread further down that discusses missing netids. Loads have been disappearing lately and I believe Gateshead was one of the first.
Don't bother resetting or rescanning the box until people have reported that it is back working again as the servers appear to be down as no one's box is working just now.
Just need to wait it out. Hopefully this isn't the end for KV but there bave been a few posts on various forums that have me a tad concerned.
