All channels constantly glitching and freezing? Why.

For the past fortnight I keep seeing my KV 780a freezing for a couple of seconds on all of the channels. I can also see the screen glitching and can hear that the picture starts to go fuzzy. This happens load of times every minute or so, I've reset and rescanned and it all works fine. Is there something that I can do to stop this happening? Any advice, as always, appreciated.

No there's nothing you can do, this is what happens with an overloaded server. No sky sports 5 either. Thinks it's time for a good update from the KV team
