I agree with the overloaded assertion. It's been like this for weeks now. Sky sports 5 is a shambles, I'm seriously thinking of going down the dm 800se route and getting sorted.
Glitching is the norm now, especially during EPL games. A shame really as the Kv box was a great little box, but I suppose with no sub this is why we get what we get!
Also the days of blaming VM local issues are well gone, looking over all older posts, it's all areas down most times now which means the server.
