Get yourself a dm 800se and a connection to the very people you already have a box with no sub with, simples. Obviously the box with no sub is of no interest to KV anymore or we wouldn't be having to put up
                with this shambles

worst thing u could advise, if all boxes are down all rescanning or factory defaulting in the world wont bring them back on, pure luck after you rescanned they had all come on, I bet the next time they go off so will yours and I bet u have missing channels now?

Before I was told not to rescan when the boxes were down I did it a couple of times and I have lost the odd channel or two. Is there anyway to get them back as obviously I am not going to rescan again !?
The Truth is out there ..........

i will tell you to factory reset and rescan from main coaxial feed and many of my previous posts were about getting your netid back,it works as long as you get the info off a local working vm box.reports of all channels now working.

Yep have to agree, a full factory reset and all my channels have been good. This has also been the case whilst members are posting there's are off.
Just to add, no channels missing at all.
