Yep! Down in Staffs too. Seem like a daily song this days.... no need to re-scan or factory reset as they will come bk by themselves

Guys as stated yesterday, if you factory reset the box and rescan it should be fine. I don't know why my box has been fine for the last 2 days whilst others have went off. The only thing I will say is when I rescan it comes up Glasgow 02, rather than Glasgow 01 as normal

u really shouldn't tell anyone to rescan and factory reset when they are all down because they can lose netid and render box useless for a time.

i will tell you to factory reset and rescan from main coaxial feed and many of my previous posts were about getting your netid back,it works as long as you get the info off a local working vm box.reports of all channels now working.
