All channels working fine in Glasgow

I'm in johnstone got a780 got all ******* apart from 5 and only 1 movie channel any ideas?
First time on forum but had box for years����

Neilly I'm in Erskine mate, all channels are tip top. Might be best to factory reset and rescan, works well for me

Factory reset and head for automatic scan, hit ok, once Glasgow 02 is shown move the cursor to it and ok it. Mind once complete you go to menu and change av settings to 16.9. That should sort you out, might be best to s/w update before any of this. Just incase your way out with software

neilly you don't do resets just for movies mate. Kv are on and off a lot.
if you have a sports channel showing, do as I told you before, you should be ok then. Hd don't work as it ain't a hd box mate
