Input blocked

Hi,
Tried to turn on my box tonight and I just get a message saying 'input blocked'. Any ideas? Do I just need to upload new firmware? I'm running the 700c box with 29/11 firmware. Live in the nottingham area.

Ive never seen this except on a eurovox. However all i can suggest is unplug box from cable feed. delete all channels, factory reset, kill power reconnect cable feed power back up and rescan. You may need the newer firmware, thats at the top of this forum
