all channels lost

turned on kryptview, all channels on 0 signal, time on the box screen has also gone off and just shows no time but dots. any idea?

1. r u in the uk 2. do u pay for cable . 3 if yes to 1. 2 reinstall firmware m8 or they factory reset and scan again

got a kryptview but pay for virmin cable as well but obviously dont use it

plug your vermin box back in... if thats ok, leave it in for 20/30 minutes.
after plug your kryptview back in, then delete all channels, then factory reset, then rescan.

i know it would make no difference but it would tell the OP that his cable connection was still working and stable.
