Help needed Hartlepool or Teesside area

After not using my kryptview a780 for a while I've decided to get it up and running , had no probs last night but I had no movies I've tried scanning etc ,but I've change things about now I've got nothing , I've followed posts on here but that's just wiped everything off , can anyone sort this for me , thanks in advance,

When you say you got nothing you mean no channels or no menu windows? If you got no channels then it's easy fix as all you need is to go on a reset wipe in factory setting then make sure you get you Net ID before looking for any channels. Btw all channels are up n running at the mo in my area. If you lost the menu windows I don't think I can help mate!

Well God knows what I've done but it all seems fine now , maybe I'm just a thick monkey hanger but thanks anyway

if it happens again factory reset go to menu and do sw update if ok it will say already updated, scan for channels for your area ,you select ntl and network no list of ids will appear but teeside will appear select that and it will bring latest channels in
