kryptview channels in belfast

Hi was wondering if anyone with the kv a780 is getting any channels in belfast mines has been off for a couple of days now so wondering if its just me.

Typical its just came back after another factory reset albeit with glitching.

losing all channels may mean cut off=no signal,any area issues reported.
