when i download the files to winrar what do i do next ? sorry completely useless with technology i have ordered the null modem cable but need someone to explain what to do next

unrar them in to folder then use the nul cable modem wire and use the down.tool also in downloads section theres a tutorial in this thread with step by step instructions on transfering the firmware over to the kv box

Download loader first, extract it with winrar, then download latest update and remember where it's downloaded to, open and run loader, you will see when open at the top right hand side it will say download, click that, then click on open and locate update file, turn box off, press start, quickly turn box back on, then leave it to do it's shit.


Also remember you need to use null cable to do all of above.

Managed to open the loader but not the firmware thanks for your help

once loader is open click where it says download, a code send screen will open, click where it says open, it will open you comp, find your update/firmware you want to load double click on it, turn box off from back of box, press start, turn box back on.

Hi Guys Back on topic? updated the software. i live in west bromwich iv connected wolverhamptop tp and birmingham tp if noticed im still only getting freeveiw channels , when i go to EPG most of the channels found are highlighted in blue and i scrambled and no video?? which area is working with all the channels? or what am i doing wrong?

new firmware is not a bin file and dont know how to convert tried wirrar and 7zip but dont know wht i am doing !!!!! anyone help[ cheers in advance
