Downloading not requested

    Downloading not requested

    Hello guys

    Another numpty here. I have connected my computer to my box to upload the new software. When I click start on my computer the above message comes up. Where am I going wrong?
    Any help gratefully accepted.

      If you mean "Download not requested" that mean you not turning your box in time for the update to get in. What you need to do is turn the box off at the bk first then before pressing the start on the downloading windows make sure the switch at the bk is on ON then by pressing start just press the on button at the front to turn on the box...then let it download which should really start! Good luck

        Yes it is the "Downloading not requested" that is my problem. I've tried what you suggested, doing it as quick as I can without any change in the result. My box keeps showing the channel number it was on when I tried to update it. Should I have to in some way wipe the box, as if I was starting from scratch?

          Since I done my box I also done around 8 boxes so far from ppl I know that have KV n require the new firmware using the same technics as I told you. So I am not sure what else u can do if it doesn't work for you but works for me. You can try the remote update...patience require though might take awhile

            if your sure that you have null modem cable 100% then try changing on the kv loader the com port from com 1 to 2 or 3 or 4 one of them should work.
