850HD box all channels scrambled help

Hi, I have the 850HD box which all channels are scrambled and have been for over week now (Teeside area), please help me sort it out?

software version on box is May 26 2014 and software version SV1.02.07

are there any flash updates I need to download and run?

sound like no lan connection try rebooting box and router,your on latest image.

Yes Lan connection seem to fade disconnecte the cable n reconnect it again with the box off at the bk, same with the lan cable with router on n off. Factory reset n rescan. Your box has the right image. If none is different I suggest you reflash the firmware which u can obviously get on the website.👌

box should not need reflashing unless something funny is happening.
