DO I UPDATE?

Kryptview A780 will not fully update only reaches 50% have left it on for hours, will not advance past this number, picture only lasts a minute or two then breaks up, have rebooted a number of times makes no difference. Do I need to reload with FIRMWARE through my computer? as in original set up. any advice welcome thanks

first thing needed to do is start reading threads already posted as you could have had it working days ago,
2 choices null modem update from latest file from downloads or online update late at night or early morning=less people online.

Mine updated in minutes early morning , thik it was about 7am . Worth a try
