got the A780 been working fine but the picture has become all jumpy and only got the sound, any ideas????

are you on current firmware 20012015 and do a factory reset/rescan from main feed

cant get a picture it waving/jumping not staying still. so cant get main menu up.

think you might have changed a picture output like rgb-pal?

i was getting intermittant picture problems through both scart connections on my KV A780,i then tried yellow(video),red(audio) and white(audio) phono cable to an in/out video/audio scart converter,now the KV works ok -: http://www.kenable.co.uk/product_inf...oducts_id=6200

It's probably your scart sockets at the back, mines does the same.

hi has anyone else got problems with there box can not get anything other than sky news and bbc news have they hit the box again thank you

Yes ebb my two boxes are doing the same. They were very jumpy last night and nothing this morning but hopefully back on soon.

im in gateshead and just checked local service status all fine but all i have is ftv channels done everything regarding the checking of cables and so on firmware 20012014 on A780_FW_V4.02.08 but i added that today as i noticed i did have the online update from the previous release but still nothing so might be that there is another hit being sent out by vermin

kv was down and back working again.
