hi im trying to update my KV a780 via laptop, I have the new files but once I try to send the file to the box it says "downloading is not requested" and I carnt update my box.... and wen I try via network it says update will start after reboot, but the box just comes on and the update does not start.... can anyone please help thank you.

make sure you have the correct port open on laptop and loader -
hi ya i have the right port open, same as the loader.. but get the same message.... and wen i try to update via network it says it will update after reboot.... it reboots but doesn't start the update.. not shore what to do...Comment

try the update from remote about 1am it worked for me.only took minutesComment
