hey

i am useing windows vista 32bit acer laptop useing the usb adapter and null modem cable.

when i load the the new frimware into the downloader and press start it give me the msg

cant open seriel portcom2 ( which is the port for the usb)
please check to see if the com port has these paramaters
baurdrate : 115200bps
parity : no parity
databyte : 8bit/data
stop bit : 1

which i have checked and my com port has these setting but i still cant get it to work please help

i seemed to of sorted that problem now am getting the downloading is not requested any help would be great

when you have pressed start on the loader, you must hit the red button (On The Row Of Coloured Buttons) x 2 then the power button Straight Away then the box should begin to download

That would depend on the type of box we are dealiung with.

There are now three models.
