sports all on apart from 1 and 3 anybody else the same

sports all on apart from 1 and 3 ive scanned turned on off etc cables in and out it worked a few weeks ago no nothing again

did you factory reset and scan from main feed and reboot box and router?

as in reboot after scan etc turn off for 10 secs this a reboot

ive factory settings scanned and then put it on and off for 10 second is that how to reboot it all other channels are there apart from sky sports 1 3 the last time it was pretty jumpy then fine sometimes weird

hi mate do you mean take out the virgin cable from my box and leave internet cable only im ***** with this thing my box is connected to virgin in another room via cable and alaso an ethernet cable runs to my box what cable do i disconnect thanks again

main feed into house is usually split with a splitter which lowers your signal when divided,scan box at that cable before splitter.
your only scanning on that coaxial cable to see if you have a low signal,when done replace it.
