all i can say the future ahead with sales are not there as that maybe a factor in the service or lack of getting a prompt fix,when they first came out i had no problem with saying a good box,but history over the last year from others posting with glitching,missing channels etc seems to indicate a down turn with boxes.
and if you had a starview from the start 1-7 now,boxes need to be quicker and work with different info-you need an upgrade.
to better your service use good quality cables,splitters and lan cables,if the kv home has issues you all will,but areas have higher and lower signals which could lead to problems.
