hi can some one pleas help since 1 put the new firmware on i have lost itv sky sports 1 and 2 they dont down load attool treyed the old firmwair but i cant get the hand set to work so gone back to new one still no joy and there is a few still scambled telepest

when you flash any box you have to factory reset it and auto scan again your provider.

yes i have done 3 times and the same chanals are missing i whent on google and they are going on about nigra 2 could this be the reason i dont under stand this

do menu ..ok installation..password 0000..factory default setting..ok..then it's exit back to menu..installation..ok..password 0000..automatic search..network(ok) select your provider tw or ntl etc..then press the green start search button..then choose your area ..and ok to search..all done without splitters on your main feed..then when the channels come in look through them all for your itv..sky sport's 1 and 2.
