No network Id after factory reset??

I just scanned but none of them work .but no 1s work so . I cannot even scan in sports or hardly any movies

I scanned NTL network so should I try another provider

hell yes,maybe provider changed and they forgot to tell you,are you on a vm package?maybe scan box elsewhere in mates house that has a working line,if box finds channels then not a tuner issue but coaxial feed problem in yours.

Yes I got vm max package I will try scan other providers

if you have a providers box info can be got off that ,have a look back over this thread as wellinever found info to use.

@trevor is this box you have a 780 or 850?

should not matter with the low channels he has on a scan does it?

it does matter if its an 850 it shouldn't be off.

but suggesting a low count of channels on wrong info doubt the 850 would work?

well 780 are working now,and still think it should scan more unless variable attenuators are in use to lower signal level
