Hi guys just wanted to know if the a850 hd box as gone down because all I've got is the fta channels and cannot even do a update with the box many thanks hope someone can reply

try powering off at rear box and router then on.

Tried that cacti but no joy the software version on my box is sv 1.02.07 and software date is may 26 2014 boot version h3.55 is that the correct update because tried to do another update but box just hangs up

Yes V1.02.07_2014_05_26 is the latest s/w

When u try to update it should say Already Updated.
your sayin box just hangs which suggests no internet connection to the box.
try another Ethernet cable if you have 1

I connect my box via cable splitter from virgin 1 connection to super hub the other to my a850

My used to work when I was in Leicestershire but now I've moved to Coventry it doesn't. I had virgin come in the other day to install virgin once again because it was not in the property I live but only have broadband not tv but I know tv and broadband comes down the same cable so shouldn't of bothered my a850

Could be a vermin issue in your area ??

You need to scan your new area mate

Dont know this box mate but can you check if dhcp is ticked in network settings

Dont think you can as i say i dont know much about this box.
