No channels in Teesside?

Hello everyone, i've got an A780 and has served me well for a number of years, but channels been down for the last week at least. Tried factory reset and even lost the ID at first, got that back with channel lists but no signal, any ideas?

Thanks for the reply cactikid, but what i meant was getting free to air but nothing else, double checked all connections, and have a vermin package which is working fine, as is netflix through ps4 etc, using comtrends for ethernet connection.

so is kv connected to internet,does box and router need a reboot =bad or scrambled?
if you used a channel list is it old and outdated,channels are forever moving so a new scan is needed,get info off vm box to make sure its correct .
scan from direct feed only.

Yes, connected to the internet, rebooted both box and router numerous times, scrambled or no video, rescanned channel list, still only getting free to air channels that work, all other channels listed but not working.. Tried software update but that just stays on searching for new update? Can't understand it? Tried new ethernet cables, tried it with the vermin box cable direct in the KV, but like I said everything internet based is still working fine, ie; netflix, vm box etc.???

ok we start what date is on the firmware, 20012015.
next need to know if traffic report works on kv-if not no lan connection.
are lights flashing on lan green/yellow.
are you scanning on correct provider and netid as wrong one may list channels but wont work.

was a problem with the comtrend ethernet plugs, sorted now, sorry for the bother, cheers.
