can anyone help
i switched the box off at mains on back of machine whilst I did a new download as mine was off however the box will not come back on at all it seems to be jammed a faint green light on front but on off switch at front and channel up and down buttons don't work on box or remote

Please try and reload the kryptview Filmware via your PC, The same process as when you first got the box, then do a software update via your Kryptview box, sounds like you have corrupted the Filmware ?

Thanks all is on now but I can't do a s/w download it just seems jammed ?
so I only get basic stations
