I'm helping a friend in VM area with their VM hub - he is in Enfield area. When setting the network to Telewest and scanning, all the programmes are scrambled, with no video. When setting it to NTL network and scanning it, it all comes on ok although there are some channels that don't register eg. you'll get Yesterday but not Yesterday+1. My friend has a power booster at the back of his hub - could this be affecting it? Any suggestions why it doesn't work on Telewest? Thankyou very much.
