do what M8, leave it out, & what's your game squire. LOL.
      Part One
Right Alex Jack 10 here is what to do. firstly have you got the "Down-Tool" to flash your box?
Is it a KV 780 type box? Yes? You will also need an R252 Cable & a Male Socket on your PC Tower
Right, locate said download which will probably be in your Downloads Folder.
Create a new in your "Documents Folder" Right Click your mouse & Rename said New Folder too
      KV Useful Tools Folder.
Go to the "Menu Screen" on your box, Select "User Define" type 4 zero's (0000) with your kv
in said "Cascading Menu" scroll down too "Delete All Channels" then "Okay" until it Deletes them
then press the small wee "Back Button" too "Main Menu Window" then scroll up too "Installation"
Then type 4 zero's then scroll down too "Factory Default" then select/okay. Once said box has
Gone into the "Summer Time Window" power box off via the "Red Button" on the "Remote" &
"The Main Power Switch" on the back of the box. Connect ones box too your PC via the "R252
Cable" & Plug your box into the nearest "Electrical Socket" Open said "New KV Useful Tools
Folder" Open "The Download Tool" in said Folder. Locate said new A780 F*rmware via "Browse
Option" on/within said "Down-Tool" so it's "Displayed" in said Down-Tool Subject Column.
Switch on Box via Mains Socket/Power Switch/Box Remote Control one should notice ones
Box displaying either 0000/---- Click on "Download/Start Tab" on said "Down-Tool & using
Said Box Remote Control Press the Pink/Next To Small Green Button twice & the Main Remote
Power Button Once or another way is to switch off your Box (Power Down) then Power-Up
Your Box After clicking on the Start/Download Button either way said Box should start going
into "Download Mode" Do-Not & I Repeat Do Not Cut The Electrical Power to your Box when
Carrying out this Process, Why? Because it will "Brick Your Box" Put it into "Door Wedge Mode"
After Download is Complete (100%) it will then move into "Flash-Burn Mode" which looks like
The Predetor's (Big Arny's Wide Berth M8) Self Destruction Watch, basically a square of ----
Moving slowly then Fast. After said Burn is Complete it will state "Download Successfully
Completed" Click on "Exit/Close" switch off power to your Box via Remote & Power Switch
Disconnected R252 Cable then Re-Connect your Box too your TV via Plug/Scart/Ethernet
Switch your Box on go into the "Menu" & Scroll down to "Information" in said window
F*rmware should read A780 20/1/15 V 4.08 & We are ready to rock & roll into the next
Process are u ready? Right, break time, time for a fresh cup of Rosy-Lee Back Soon :-) :-)

          Part Two

Back, okay after checking said f*rmware has been updated via the main menu via either ones remote
exit button or back button scroll back to "Installation" four zero's then in said window select "Auto-Install"
check summertime is switched on & said search is in N*L mode & not "T/W*st not unless ones home
location comes under that area anyway press green button on box remote to start search if it comes
back 1-8 don't panic just let it go through it's search it should come back with seventy odd channels
right/cool so after going through said search go back into the "Main Menu Window" then scroll too
"User Define Option" then type four zero's then select "Language Option" have a butchers hook in
there then "Back Button" back into "User Define Window" then scroll down too "Sat/TP Edit" then
Select N*L You will notice a list of 1-8 displaying "Frequency-SR-QAM Numbers" Here is what to
          do from 1-8 change the SR & QAM Numbers Over From SR:-6.887 & QAM:-64 Too SR:-6.952 &
QAM:-256 Using the Box Remote "Right Arrow & Okay Button's" Like so "Okay" To Highlight then
Right Arrow too Move Too SR Number then type said numbers with remote (6.952) then right
Arrow too QAM Number then use up & down arrows too select (QAM:-256) Once said Line has
been changed (SR & QAM) press "Okay Button" to "Save" Once all eight Lines have been changed
Use "Back Button" to go back into "User Define Window" then scroll & select "Delete All Channels"
Delete All Channels, don't worry this will not Delete any of the SR & QAM Numbers which we
have just changed trust me it works tickety-boo right after all channels have been deleted press
the "Back Button" back into the "Main Menu" scroll up to "Installation" type four zero's & select
"Automatic Install/Scan" switch "Summer-Time On" then scroll down to the bottom then select
then "Green Button" for "Search" right wait until the word "Okay" Appears then press "Okay/Select"
Until it Eventually starts the "Main Scan" which can take up too fifteen minutes to go through from
Start Too Finish during this Process one will see words like 1-4 Already Exist's then "Select Okay"
Then more 1-4 "Already-Exist's" then hay presto the words "Found 47 Frequency's" & then it should
come back with nearly 570 Channels & Around 36 Radio Stations. After said "Complete Full Scan"
Is done press "Exit" to come out of said Window & Then Press the Wee Green Button to Select
"Entertainment List" & Other Channel Cat's like Sport/Movies/Lifestyle/Etc-Etc.
I've noticed that you will get a lot of channels up & running but some are missing like in the list
of Movies & Sport but if one leaves ones box in the "Power Search Mode" displaying the Clock
& Connected to ones Router/Modem for a few days with the Router/Modem switched on all
the time then more channels will come back through time.
Please note, if channels start to disappear again via the "S" word then all one has to do is
go through the exact same procedure which I've explained above & it will bring them back
again because said box has a built in TP which will always be able to pick up Freq's which
makes said box so bold & unique simple as that. Sincerely, BJTT :-) :-)

            Also Note

The Said Box Official Software supplies the true/& correct SR & QAM numbers for said Box's updated
            F*rmware
In other words, if one Flashes it with the Official Software then takes a note of the SR & QAM
            in the Menu/User Define/Sat/TP Edit
One will get True Readings of said numbers which are occasionally changed & by applying those
changes into the F/ware updates one will also get back more channels.
The proof of the pudding in this case, is trying this process & one will see what I'm referring too.
