i would love to pre order one but i cant see on Tailormadecircuits were i can order.can someone please tell me how i go about this ?.

I asked the same question above. Then didn't bother with TMC and just went to the Kryptview site and used the contact form. Even though the reply back was from TMC with tellin me they was all spoken for.

Have to agree with Ronster... I mess about with a lot of boxes and this one really does outclass the rest..

I'm even more impressed as now I've found it records one channel while watching another, was informed it couldn't do that!

You can only watch a channel thats on the same transponder as the one your recording, which obviously limits your choice!

yup realised that after seeing the ticks on channels all on the same tp ... been playing a little with external drives on it and it's pretty good, gonna try converting a xvid to ts and see if it will play.

Not seen anything yet to change my mind on what a nice piece of kit this is.

P.S. BBC is changing the SD cameras for HD cameras on the series Top Gear in November... that alone has gotta worth buying one of these boxes.

i got the new DW800 HD and im very impressed.i bought mine just before the news broke about the new cards been sent out.

do the guys behind the new kryptview know something about we dont know about N3 or is it just bad timing releasing it a few weeks after this card news breaks ?.

please dont think im having a dig as i think the guys at kryptview are the dogs danglies im just curious.

Kryptview HD - 25092009

Initial software. Some features such as EPG are still under development.

Expect improvments to these areas soon.

To flash, place the file "kryptview_hd_v101_25092009.cnl" in the root directory of a usb pen or hard drive and boot the set top box up.
When it says "FILE 1" press right to show the filename, and press right again to confirm the flash.
