No channels

Hi All,

I'm running 20/01/2015 pv4.2.08 but all channels are blank just free working in glasgow don a hard reset and still get nothing any help would be appreciated.

do you have a working lan cable plugged in ? other reports of channels glitching.
does box need a reboot and router also to connect?

yes lan plugged in no glitching. lan plugged in to sky wireless modem
