Scrambled screen

Hi, My Kryptview 780 is showing scrambled/no video on all channels,except F.T.A. Have tried all items on installation options including factory reset. Can I reboot using a Mini Mac computer.

please help.

is the box on current firmware as in downloads,sounds like a no lan connection from router to box.

have you rebooted as in off at rear box and router?

yes still off as i see moaners still posting elsewhere,i agree box is old and newer better viewing is out there.
yes i know asian is popular and things can stay off longer than one wants.box is glitching also.
