Because the A780 was desighned for N3 so has an ethernet port for CS

The DW800 wasnt so hasnt!

It could be supported with an i-connector one day!

as they dont own the hd model they cannot alter it

High folks, very new to the forum, slightly new to the cable scene, is it definitely confirmed that that the new HD DW800 will NOT work with virgin media boxes that have the new cards in them? and that the 780/790 models WILL work with the boxes and new cards? sorry if its been drawn out already, jst trying to stop making an expensive mistake...................cheers

yes old hd =no support will not work on n3
kv 780/790 are work alone boxes,best with a minimum package and broadband
