Hello, Urgent help required.Can`t move the screen of the main menu page. Channel numbers i.e. 511.512 etc.will not enter. Box shows 0000.

was the box factory reset=erased all channels,did you try rescanning from main coaxial feed.
did the box work yesterday ?wondering if it went off last week due to old firmware?

The box was working 2 Hours ago.Picture froze.Switched off/on. No picture opened menu page won`t go of the menu page

only way it wont move out of menu=no channels stored so rescan.

you have to rescan menu 0000 set netid scan and all should be fine.
