What Is this an excuse for sarcastic remarks? A simple question of latest s/w update - pv4.2.08 tried update and not able over to network and just checking latest update!

My box doesn't seem to update to new S/W. Also the last firmware is dated 16/0813, does this need to be updated and how is this done.

Hi, My Kryptview 780 is showing scrambled/no video on all channels,except F.T.A. Have tried all items on installation options including factory reset. Can I reboot using a Mini Mac computer.
