Off in Wirral

still down in nottingham im afraid. time to look for a new box i think!! any ideas guys?

The KV boxes are only working in freeview mode in the Wirral and Liverperpool areas. Im wondering if any one ( powers that be ) has actually heard anyhging from the KV gods. Surely someone has contacted them and has some info....

I'm guessing it won't be long till Kv start working again guys. We been through this before! Ppl talking about the end then BOOM bk n no more talking

Apparently they are on holiday like they do this time of the year every year. I'm thinking if their server required upgrade whilst they r away then this is why we having this issue. It's all about a waiting game now. But those guys have been good to us for a few yrs now. Maybe it's about time we all try n donate a Lil some some to recognise their hard work... personally I will be the first to get the movement going...

ditto above, if it is the end, need some advice, read & researched the list of options supplied by Cactikid, being a dumbwit luddite, it's far too confusing for the likes of me

looking for a reliable simple fix like the KV that has served us so well, something that will connect to virgin line, no sky dish etc

Android boxes or Linux (E2) boxes are a very good alternative and for ?300 you'll get a decent system with a lot of spare change.

However, simplicity isn't the key these boxes require a good deal of user inputs to set up and can be intimidating, for the plug and play user, when they do dome research and read a few set up guides.

Agreed but but it's not rocket science setting up an Enigma2 box he just wants an easy set up
