A850 firmware Update

Hi,

I understand that new firmware is available for A850 via Internet upgrade. But when I try to do int upgrade it freezes and have to restart from switch at back of the box. Does anyone know solution to this or know where I can get firmware from Internet and load it through USB.

better do some serious kv reading of posts the old ways of kv are dead,new firmware opens box up to new ways of support.
