what is it you are transfering it is just as easy to just load the other one up with the same firmware.
to do either you must have a rs232 null modem cable.

Just look for the S/W transfer in the instalation menu. Leave the receiving box switched off, click on send after selecting either Code or Channel file then switch the receiving box on. Wait till the receiving box reboots then disconect and thats it.
