A780 missing BT Sports1

Hi all, just got my box back on again thanks to the great content on this site. I noticed that I'm missing BT Sports1 any ideas? It use to be there post 2015. Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes ASEK, I have tried doing a factory reset and then rescanning. I noticed yesterday that theres a newer firmware than the 29052016 file Im using. If I reflash with the 13062016 file will that help?

well you could try newer file, though id still say it needs rescanned you sure your cable provider hasn't changed or netid changed?

Just an update, I put the new firmware on and done a factory reset and rescanned. All working fine.
