ppv film channel

after 9 (nine) minuets of the film starting it goes off and says bad sgnal or no video . this happens every time can anyone help thanks in advance

you can only get the ppv film channel if someone very close to you orders it, you are limited to what they have selected and if they pause it etc. the same will happen to you.
you can get all the big events because its a nationwide broadcast
