hello everyone. Im a newbee on this site, i have been using an arnet a700c for 2 years without much problems. a few days ago my channel lists have went haywire. i am a bit of a digital novice can anyone help.

using the remote press menu, installation then factory default - press ok and confirm.
then go back into installation choose your provider by using < > arrow keys. then think its the green button (from memory) start scan. a list will appear with all of your service provider areas. go through the channel list until you find yours then press ok. wait 10 mins and the box will find all the channels and sort them into vm channel number and category. -
