on the krypt view a780 trying to update software from internet but just stuck on update and nothing happening. do I need to do anything like updating the box.

Same here apparently internet update hadn't been available for sometimes.. .

you need to flash it with 4.5.07 first then u can update over web.

i thought 4.5.07 was the last image done and would have thought online updates were now removed as they shut down support and leaving the box open.

only trying to update to help me put nlines as am having problem trying to load manually with port.

that software will give updates over the web they always have looked after their customers.

you defo need to flash with above software then you can see if there are any updates then secret menu like befor and you use remote to manually put in your gift that you got.
